Our monthly mental health care subscription is designed to help ease the financial burden of high deductible insurance costs, making it easier for you to prioritize your mental well-being. With this subscription, you’ll have access to multiple telehealth visits each month, ensuring you receive the care you deserve.

We are located in Shelburne, we are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services through convenient telehealth appointments. Your well-being truly matters to us, and we are here to walk with you on your journey to better mental health every step of the way.

New Patient?

Initial evaluation self-pay rate is - $150

We offer a monthly subscription plan for $60/ month, which allows you to meet with us twice a month if needed,

One may also choose $80 per visit.

You may also enroll with your active insurance information.

Provider services will be provided for the cost of the membership fee with no
co-payment and your insurance company will not be billed for services occurring.

Services will include same-day or next-day appointments

Access to the provider for critical questions via your preferred mode of communication when our office is closed.

What is the benefit to being a member?

The membership fee provides two critical items.

We can spend more time with you at your appointments because we limit the number of patients we care for.
We have time in the schedule to see you on the same day or the next day when you need an appointment.

Investment in technology means you can text a message or video visit over your phone or computer instead of coming into the office.
We are committed to providing you with convenient access to mental health advice.

How do I pay the membership fee?

There are options! You can pay monthly, quarterly, or once a year. You can pay by credit card, automatic bank transfer, or check. We can keep a credit card on file securely if that is easiest for you.

Do I still need insurance?

Yes. You will need insurance for any Emergency Room visits, hospitalizations, and specialist appointments.

Will my insurance cover the membership fee?

Insurance typically does not cover the membership fee. If paying the monthly membership fee is a hardship, please contact us.
